Can YPHOS lights be installed above and under water level?

YPHOS LED fixtures are designed and manufactured to operate as submersible illumination fixtures.

Installing these fixtures above water level may result to the Active Thermal Protection kicking in and result to a dim light output. The YPHOS Active Thermal Protection firmware is using the PCB temperature sensors and constantly adapts the power of the lights to prevent overheating.
