I’m having trouble with checkout

Our website works on computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones. If you face issues, there are a couple of things you can try:

  1. Clear the cache on your browser – sometimes it can help. You can find instructions to do this online. Usually it is as simple as pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete or CMD + Shift + Delete.
  2. Update your browser.
  3. Try a different browser or a different device.

Also, make sure that you have filled in all the form inputs properly and haven’t forgotten to choose a shipping method, payment method or the “accept terms” checkbox.
