Yes, subject to our Terms & Conditions and our Warranty policy, you can return a faulty or non-working product. You can decide if you prefer a refund or get the product replaced.
If you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to arrange the return of the product. Do not proceed to a return without written acceptance by YPHOS.
In all cases, please note that shipping costs of the return have to be covered by you, including any applicable fees, duties or taxes. The shipping method should be DTP. Likewise, shipping costs, fees, duties or taxes cannot be reimbursed.
