Simple installation

The Y:Link-enabled Control Hub by YPHOS is a waterproof, 4-way junction box with an integrated fuse-holder, marine-grade relay, wireless connectivity via RF and a Y:Link output to control and sync multi-color lights. It adds functionality and color presets for Y:Link-enabled lights — the RGB and RGBW versions of Model 01, 03, 03B, 04 and 05.

Turn your lights on and off and control them via a dashboard switch or an RF remote. Connect up to four lights on the dedicated terminals of the PCB and use the fuses that came with your lights — each light output has two status LEDs to check the state of the fuse and the output at a glance. Dedicated Switch-In and Switch-Out terminals let you chain multiple hubs and use as many lights as you want.

A set of waterproof cable glands, reducers and multi-cable inserts is included in the box to cover virtually any connection scenario, maintaining the IP rating of the enclosure and keeping your electrical connection safe and waterproof.

What is Y:Link? Y:Link is an industrial-grade digital communication protocol designed by YPHOS. It allows fast, accurate and secure communication between control devices and lights over simple 3-core cables, is compatible with DMX and other universal standards, and is designed for perfect color synchronization.

Dashboard switch and RF remote sold individually. The YPHOS Dashboard Switch or any momentary switch is recommended.

20 preset colors: Red, Green, Blue, White, Full White, Yellow, Magenta, Blue-Green, W-Blue, Underwater, Pink, Romance, Fire, Gold, Caribbean, Purple, Pale Cool White, Warm White, Full Power, Blue Haze.

8 animated color shows, including Fast Color Wash, Slow Color Wash, Pastel Rainbow, Shades of Blue and Shades of Gold & Magenta.

Presets and shows apply to RGBW lights connected over Y:Link; single-color lights turn on and off.

All the lights' colors are synchronized and turn on and off simultaneously.

The switch command (from a physical switch or an RF remote) is propagated from the first hub to the next via the dedicated hub terminals. The color is synchronized via the Y:Link cable between the two hubs. This simple wiring lets you chain as many hubs and lights as you want.
